- Well-being is enhanced by an increase in social interaction giving a sense of community. These values can be reflected in physical activity programs giving a sense of meaning and purpose to participants
- I am committed to educating people about the benefits of sustained daily physical activity.
- Increasing motivation and so adherence to regular physical activity encourages weight loss, improves your level of energy, gives a sense of well being, increases self-efficacy which flows into many areas of your life, increasing self-control and a positive attitude.
